My testimony: I am a born again Christian, I was baptized and made a public confession of my faith on September 25th 1978 My Christian walk began with a twelve week class on the fundamentals of the faith wh-

ich gave me a proper understanding of my new faith. As my faith in Jesus Christ grew I became a member of a large bible teaching Church in Los Angeles, California where for the next ten years I continued to grow in The Faith. Christ in me means that I have peace with God, hope for today and assurance for tomorrow. I am a work in progress and I wish to never forget the fact that He first chose me.

About this blog: "O magnify the LORD with me, And let us exalt His name together." Psalm34 "Sharing Wisdom by verse" is dedicate to my God and my precious loving wife who always encourages me in The Faith. I enjoy Christian fellowship and sharing of God's word together which is the main reason for starting this blog. What you will find here is my love for Jesus Christ written on the pages of this blog. Simply stated what I write is what I learn from a verse by verse study of passages such as the temptations of Jesus. My credentials that qualify me to post what I believe on this public forum cannot be bought or sold they are God given.

What I believe about the Bible: The Bible from the beginning book of Genesis to the last book of Revelations is about God's revelation of His Son Jesus Christ to all of humanity. I believe the original written words of the bible were the very words of God and without error. I believe the collection of 66 books of the bible were writ-

ten by imperfect people, who were inspired by the Holy Spirit to record what God has done, what He is doing now, and what He will do in the future. "All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness." 2Timothy 3:16

Additionally I believe that the bible is a spiritual book and its spiritual truth cannot be understood by our natur

al eyes. "the natural man receives not the things of the Spirit of God because they are spiritually discerned." 1

Cor2:14. Jesus would often teach a spiritual truth by using an important everyday occurrence such as the bir-

th of a child and our need to be born again but He was often misunderstood. The bible can only be understood spiritually as it is illuminated by the Holy Spirit who is the true author of this wonderful book.

"The grass withers, the flower fades: but the word of our God abides forever."

Isaiah 40:8

"But He caught me, He reach all the way from sky to sea;
